Freeweek Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates www.freeweek.co.uk, an online two-sided marketplace connecting Contractors (businesses seeking short-term project help) and Tradespeople (sole traders or businesses with spare capacity). We are registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15909457) and our registered office is at 36 Lindsey Close, Portishead, Bristol, England, BS20 8RR. Our VAT number is 492120411. 2. Scope of Policy

This website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

We also collect, use and share aggregated data such as statistical or demographic data which is not personal data as it does not directly (or indirectly) reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate individuals’ usage data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature in order to analyse general trends in how users are interacting with our website to help improve the website and our service offering.

- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
- Publish winner information in compliance with raffle regulations (name and county for major prize winners; objectors may contact us).
- Improve and update our site and its services.
- Send you marketing communications where we have a legal basis to do so.

Direct marketing

5. Sharing and Disclosure
We share your information:
- With matched Contractors or Tradespeople for the purpose of facilitating contact and engagement in relation to projects and for the purpose of any other feature of our site or our services.
- With third parties supporting our business operations (e.g., IT, payment processors), subject to confidentiality and data protection obligations.
- If required by law or to respond to claims, including in relation to intellectual property or privacy rights.
- If necessary to comply with advertising standards regarding raffles.
- If our business is transferred or merged, after written notice of such a transfer.
We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
6. International Transfers
Our site is intended for users located in the United Kingdom and we do not knowingly transfer personal data outside the UK.
